1st Annual International Cheerleader Coaches Conference (ICCC)

The ICCC (pronounced "eye-triple-see") is a first-of-a-kind conference to be hosted on the European continent. The conference will offer a wide array of services and formats to international customers of from all segments: coaches, organizational directors, club program managers, owners, judges, and even junior coaches! These services will include lectures, roundtable discussions, workshops and even an industry first International Networking Mixer!

Top European coaches and leading European industry experts will be giving lectures and seminars on technical skill development, as well as inside industry secrets on how to set-up teams for success before and during the competition season. Roundtable discussions amongst local leaders and international directors are planned to promote collaboration and a shared vision for European Cheer. A strong keynote address will wrap the conference on Saturday, followed by a networking event at a soon to be announced location!

Finally, the ICCC is proud to offer a new service as well: a full-day Junior Coaches Workshop on Sunday, Sept. 5th. This event will be offered exclusively to Junior Coaches (ages 14-18) and will work on developing both technical skills, such as spotting tumbling and stunt coaching, as well as communication skills like team building and conflict resolution.
